Neat Initiative

Collaborative thinking.

In 2019 Shape Tomorrow founder Kelly Hobson was fortunate to accompany the charity Transaid on a partner tour in Zambia, to see first hand the multiple projects being developed and supported across the region. While on the trip it became apparent that charity creates a common interest and an extraordinary opportunity for leaders to come together to make a difference.

On Kelly’s return the Neat Initiative was formed as a means of encouraging collaboration across the international transport and logistics industry. Every year a new project will be developed in support of a charity or initiative that will bring companies together to create positive impact.

Unfortunately the global pandemic halted planning for Project One. But this year we are passionate to start conversations again, uniting an industry by developing ways to promote positive environmental and societal impact.  across our sector. We look forward to working with many organisations in the future and are always open to ideas for the next project.

Project One

Transaid provides bike ambulances which are located in remote communities across Zambia and have been instrumental in providing access to healthcare. To raise additional funds neat stainless steel bottles have been designed and all profits are donated to the bike ambulance programme; typically for every 100 bottles sold one ambulance bike is funded. The bottles can be customised and have proven to be very successful in new starter packs, customer giveaways and at events.
